This event is organised by UAB TELTONIKA TELEMATICS which acts as the data controller for your personal information.

We are seeking your consent to use your contact data, such as name, surname, email, company name and job title for the purpose of organising the upcoming event.

The information we gather will be used solely for legitimate business purposes related to the event coordination.

Event photography and filming

This notice informs you about the possibility of photography and filming during the event and how your personal data may be used.

The resulting visual content, encompassing both photographs and video recordings, will be made available on our website, social media channels, YouTube, and in marketing materials.

The willingness to pose for our event photographers will be understood as your clear and affirmative consent for us to use these photographs for the purposes mentioned above. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, we kindly request you to communicate your preference to the designated photographer during the event.
